We are so pleased to announce that not only will our MarshWalk Wonderland of Lights walk-through Christmas light experience be returning to the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk this season\, but it is sure to be our most spectacular Christmas light display yet! Bring the family\, a friend\, or that special someone and stroll the holiday lights on the MarshWalk. Relax and enjoy the salt air breeze while getting into the holiday spirit- and have a Merry MarshWalk Christmas.\n\nThis spectacular Christmas light walk-through experience will feature our eight MarshWalk restaurants’ buildings along the ½ mile boardwalk outlined in an array of Christmas lights paired with stunning arches synced with festive Christmas music in front of each restaurant! Our display includes thousands of lights themed with the best Christmas songs that will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit! The light show starts at the top of the hour from 5pm-11pm nightly.\nOur huge 20′ LED Christmas tree will be featured at the end of Veteran’s pier and will make the perfect backdrop for your holiday photos and is also visible from any restaurant along the MarshWalk! We will also have many festive photo opportunities spread throughout the MarshWalk for you to stop and pose with along the way including a Candy Cane Arch\, a Gingerbread House\, Santa\, and a giant Christmas Ornament. A Santa’s Village will feature children’s activities\, a petting zoo\, barrel cart rides\, visits with Santa\, Christmas Characters\, and so much more! We cannot wait for you to join us at the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk!\n\nJuly 4th – Celebrate Independence Day with family and friends on the MarshWalk. The 41st Annual Murrells Inlet boat parade is an event that has become a tradition for so many families! Festively decorated boats will cruise through the inlet for all to see! The boat parade begins at 5:30 pm.\n\nEnjoy live music along with great food and drinks throughout the day. Plan to stay to witness the Grand Strand’s largest aerial fireworks show\, the Annual Fourth of July Fireworks on the MarshWalk. At 10pm the sky will fill with colors of red\, white\, blue and beyond for incredible\, awe-inspiring 20-plus-minute firework show.\n\nBe sure to get down to the MarshWalk early to snag yourself a good parking spot. We will be offering live music at our MarshWalk restaurants before the show begins! So\, come out and relax before the show with a delicious meal and cocktail at one of our eight MarshWalk restaurants!\n\nJuly 5th – Come out and lend a hand for the Inlet Clean Up- Time TBD. Participants may purchase as many rounds and mulligans as they would like. Participants will play each of the nine holes along the MarshWalk. Enjoy drink and appetizer specials along the way! Relax and enjoy the salt air breeze while getting into the holiday spirit- and have a Merry MarshWalk Christmas. \nThis spectacular Christmas light walk-through experience will feature our eight MarshWalk restaurants’ buildings along the ½ mile boardwalk outlined in an array of Christmas lights paired with stunning arches synced with festive Christmas music in front of each restaurant! Our display includes thousands of lights themed with the best Christmas songs that will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit! The light show starts at the top of the hour from 5pm-11pm nightly. \nOur huge 20′ LED Christmas tree will be featured at the end of Veteran’s pier and will make the perfect backdrop for your holiday photos and is also visible from any restaurant along the MarshWalk! We will also have many festive photo opportunities spread throughout the MarshWalk for you to stop and pose with along the way including a Candy Cane Arch\, a Gingerbread House\, Santa\, and a giant Christmas Ornament. \nA Santa’s Village will feature children’s activities\, a petting zoo\, barrel cart rides\, visits with Santa\, Christmas Characters\, and much more! DESCRIPTION:Murrells Inlet\, SC – Ghosts\, goblins\, and ghouls of all ages will fill the Marsh at this year’s annual “Halloween on the MarshWalk.” The Marshwalk’s longest running and most successful event\, Halloween on the MarshWalk brings fun and prizes to the whole family! All eight of the MarshWalk restaurants will have great food and drink specials.\n\nFestivities begin at 5pm with Trick-or-Treating along the MarshWalk for the kids. The annual Children’s Costume Contest is at 6pm in front of Drunken Jack’s at the Pirate Statue. Prizes will be awarded for the Most Creative\, Best Group\, Funniest\, and Scariest for kids ages three and up. Kids ages two and under will compete for the Awes Applause award. Prizes include trophies\, ribbons\, and candy bags.\n\nThe Adult Costume Contest will begin at 7pm. Over $4000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to the top costumes. Categories include People’s Choice\, Best Duo/Group\, Best Individual\, Big & Bulky\, Murrells Inlet Themed and Honorable Mention. At 10pm the sky will fill with colors of red\, white\, blue and beyond for incredible\, awe-inspiring 20-plus-minute firework show.\n\nBe sure to get down to the MarshWalk early to snag yourself a good parking spot. DESCRIPTION:Murrells Inlet\, SC – Ghosts\, goblins\, and ghouls of all ages will fill the Marsh at this year’s annual “Halloween on the MarshWalk.” The Marshwalk’s longest running and most successful event\, Halloween on the MarshWalk brings fun and prizes to the whole family! All eight of the MarshWalk restaurants will have great food and drink specials. \nFestivities begin at 5pm with Trick-or-Treating along the MarshWalk for the kids. The annual Children’s Costume Contest is at 6pm in front of Drunken Jack’s at the Pirate Statue. Prizes will be awarded for the Most Creative\, Best Group\, Funniest\, and Scariest for kids ages three and up. Kids ages two and under will compete for the Awes Applause award. Prizes include trophies\, ribbons\, and candy bags. \nThe Adult Costume Contest will begin at 7pm. Over $4000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to the top costumes. Categories include People’s Choice\, Best Duo/Group\, Best Individual\, Big & Bulky\, Murrells Inlet Themed and Honorable Mention. This year’s Final Judging will be at 9:30pm at The Inlet Beer Garden in between Dead Dog Saloon and The Claw House. We ask that you make your way to The Inlet Beer Garden no later than 9:00pm. \nEveryone participating will need to register between 7pm-8:30pm between Wahoo’s and Drunken Jack’s at our registration table. Plan to stay through the evening to witness the Grand Strand’s largest aerial fireworks show\, the Annual Fourth of July Fireworks on the MarshWalk. At 10pm the sky will fill with colors of red\, white\, blue and beyond for incredible\, awe-inspiring 20-plus-minute firework show.\nBe sure to get down to the MarshWalk early to snag yourself a good parking spot. We will be offering live music at our MarshWalk restaurants before the show begins! So\, come out and relax before the show with a delicious meal and cocktail at one of our eight MarshWalk restaurants! \nJuly 5th – Come out and lend a hand for the Inlet Clean Up beginning at 9am! All volunteers will meet at The Wicked Tuna parking lot at 9am! Throughout the night your card will get stamped at each of the 7 restaurants to make sure you have been to all the judging stations. You will not be entered for the grand prizes unless your card is presented and has been stamped from all locations.
